About 30 days are required to plan
Strategic Account Work-Out Sessions. This involves:
- Defining the Work-Out Session Goals.
- Selecting the Strategic Accounts.
- Deciding whether or not to invite the
Strategic Accounts to participate in the Work-Out Sessions. Having
